RL's Top Hitter Named Monday, October 1st, 2029 Okitsugu Ito said at the age of 37 he's seen it all in professional baseball. But he may never have seen his own performance be as dominant as it was in September, as the Seattle Pilots left fielder has won the Robinson League Batter of the Month award. Ito batted .470, hit 13 home runs, drove in 35 runs, scored 28 times and compiled a .500 on-base percentage. So far this season Ito is hitting .367 with 40 home runs, 130 RBIs and 112 runs scored. He has 176 hits in 480 at-bats and a .425 OBP. |
