 | Spartans Hurler Named SL2's #1 Starter Monday, August 1st, 2033 In July, Jeff Hartman tore through the Sub League 2 like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Annandale starter posted a 4-0 mark and an ERA of 2.75 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 39.1 innings he collected 23 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .225 average.
