This season, that player was Yoshida Matsumoto of the Okazaki Tornado, who was above all his peers in 2033. "I just feel like the ball was doing what I wanted it to this year and I was in command most nights out there," he said. He also had 37 saves in 68 relief appearances. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner.
