 | Miguel Guillén Captures SL2 Award Monday, July 11th, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Sub League 2, but last week Miguel Guillén of the Des Moines Riverboats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Guillén rocked opposing pitching for a .375 average (9-for-24), no home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. Guillén is presently hitting at a .254 pace with 5 home runs and 37 RBIs.
