 | Des Moines Loses Cortéz for Season Thursday, August 4th, 2033 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Des Moines's Emílio Cortéz to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 08/02/2033 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Cortéz said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Cortéz has been out of action since he suffered a fractured coracoid bone in his shoulder.
