 | Gauchos Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, August 11th, 2033 Duarte Gauchos manager Rafael Rey said his club came "agonizingly close" to making the playoffs. But close won't be good enough this year, as the Gauchos have now been officially ousted from contention. Duarte last appeared in the postseason in 2024. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 23-year history. |   |
